What happens when you call?
One call to our Technical Help Desk allows us to diagnose your problem over the phone. Often we can talk you through how to fix simple faults, if not we will immediately book a member of our Field Service Team to visit to you within 8 working hours.
Dedicated nationwide team
Every member of the Field Service Team is highly trained - not just technically but also in the finer arts of customer service. Most have been with us for more than 10 years. This means that each visit brings with it a wealth of experience and technical knowledge.
Local to you
We provide a truly nationwide service strategically located throughout England, Scotland and Wales to respond quickly to your needs. Each visit a member of our team makes is not just an opportunity to fix a fault but also to further improve the reliability of your machine by carrying out preventative work whilst on site.
97% first time fix
At KLIX, all our engineers carry such an extensive range of parts that we are able to fix 97% of machines on the first visit. Therefore unlike many service agreements our 8-hour technical response doesn't mean a site visit to order parts. For the more unusual or bulky specialist parts, we have a dedicated Aftercare team who equip all our engineers with the parts they need within 24 hours.
