What are your opening times?
Our normal opening times are Monday to Friday from 8.00am - 5.30pm. (We are closed on Bank Holidays and operate skeleton hours at Christmas)
Can I speak to my Account Manager?
Our Customer Service centre are a "one stop shop" and are trained to handle all enquiries from taking orders to dealing with technical faults. If you feel they cannot help you with your query then we will be happy to ask your Account Manager to call you.
How do I place an order?
There are several ways you can do this, please see the 'How to order' page on the Mars Drinks website for more information.
What are my delivery dates?
Delivery dates vary according to your regional location, but 90% of customers receive their deliveries within 3 working days.
Where can I see prices for KLIX products?
You can log into the Mars Drinks Online Store with your location number and postcode where you can see your prices. Alternatively, a price list for KLIX is attached in PDF format.
